Hi guys, On Wednesday and Thursday we tidied up the broadcast studio a fair bit. Got rid of all the rubbish and tidied everything up. I even had a show last night between 6-7 and I know that the place was looking fine when I left it. So why, when I walk in this morning, does it look like a bomb has hit it again? It's only been about 12 hours! If you're going to eat and drink in the studio (which you shouldn't) please please please tidy up after yourself. There was a half full bottle of Corona just left on the desk (by the way, who does that?!). If that, or any drink, got spilled into the broadcast desk IC RADIO would be off air indefinitely. Also, most worryingly, the back door was left open all night. That back door goes right onto the road... The desk was, once again left on air. If there is no other show after you OFFER THE SUSTAIN BACK OVER TO THE SERVER. If you don't know how to do this ask someone, it is just the reverse process of putting the desk on air. I've lost count of how many pairs of headphones I've found broken in the last two weeks. Look after our stuff. It is really not hard to work out who is responsible, there is a scheduled timetable after all, but we don't want to have to do this. The committee are really busting their arses to try and sort this radio station out, please don't make this all for nothing. Dan Fowler Station Manager IC RADIO
