HEAD OF TRAINING - A new position this year - this person is in charge of organising everyone's basic training in using the radio studio and also organising events to further everyone's competence, both in making content and with the equipment. • Answers to DPCS and DPFS for the efficiency of Media Group administration and finances
• Represents Media Group in Union
• Aids club tour proposals
MEDIA SECRETARY
• Responsible for the efficiency of Media Group administration
• Records and prepare minutes for the Media Group Executive
MEDIA TREASURER
• Responsible for the finances of the Media Group
• Assists clubs in preparing IC Trust and Harlington applications
TECHNICAL OFFICER
• Provides technical advice to clubs
• Provides support and assistance during collaborative Media Group events
• In charge of the Media Group website
DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
• Works with individual clubs and the Union on long term strategy for Media Group development and expansion
• Encourages collaboration between clubs
• In charge of Media Group marketing
