Hi all,

Hope things are good.

It's been a really eventful couple of weeks in radio, we finally officially got back on the air and even hosted the National Student Radio Chart Show last Sunday!

Now that people are getting their shows up and running we need to go over a few housekeeping rules. No drinks in the Broadcast Studio! We all like a drink, we all like radio, we all like to put them together - however if one of them gets spilt on the desk there is no more radio. If ALICE dies we are dead, and that would be sad.

Unfortunately a rogue pint of coke was spilt on the desk on Sunday, it appears that the electrics are fine, but we've had to spend a few hours switching channels over etc. Please please please don't do this again, I'm not the sort of person to bring in punishments, but if this happens again there will be some.

Anyway, enough negativity. Hands have been slapped so lets move on.

The SRA Awards are coming up on Thursday, in which we are nominated for the Best Chart Show. We have a group of 15 guys going along to represent us and hopefully we'll all have a great night.

I have just submitted the updated keylist to security, meaning that if you have signed up for membership to the society (http://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/radio-211/radio-membership/product.html) you will be able to get the Studio Key out of the security office (under the arch). One thing I just want to add here, please don't walk home with this key if you take it out! It just creates problems for me with angry calls from presenters wanting to get into the studio.
