[icradio] Candidate for Head of Promotions! Please Vote :)

We now also have a candidate for Head of Promotions! Find attached in a notepad file all the manifestos you have seen before (Conall for Manager and Thanos/Hasaan for Head of Music) as well as a pdf of Adam's manifesto for the position of Head of Promotions. Those of you who've already voted may of course vote/abstain/RON for Promotions.
