I am your Head of Programming for next year. Since I now have access to the schedule I can practice (don’t worry I’m good) setting up one off shows. I actually don’t know how to set up schedule week, but I’m guessing most of us have exams over the next few weeks anyway.

Basically if you want a “one off” show scheduled during this week or next please email me your name, show name and when you want to do it. I am revising myself, but if you give me at least 24hrs notice, then there should be no problem in getting you guys on the air.

Don’t worry about getting your weekly slot’s back, Chris Birkett will show me how to use the proper scheduler in the office after exams so you’ll all still be able to do your usual time shows.

Oh one final thing, if you are no longer doing a show, PLEASE TELL ME. It looks pretty unprofessional having a schedule full of empty shows.
