[icradio] Tech issues

Hi all, There was a power cut at 5am this morning that has caused our system to reboot. Unfortunately the system has not been able to reboot properly by itself. At present show recording is currently not working. I need to go to the studio and set it up but alas I am not in london until Sunday lunchtime so please be aware that for the time being, the stations recording and (potentially) broadcasting facilities are not fully functional. As I said before this is due to a union power cut at 5am this morning. Apologies, Oli
