Happy New Year IC Radio!
Welcome back! Last term IC Radio had over 3300 listener hours, so now we have a target to beat! Just a couple start of term notices and upcoming events that it would be great to see you all at!
Studio-keeping
- Please close the doors when you leave the studio. The kit is expensive, we should look after it – simple as
- If you applied for a slot last term, it will either have been allocated to you and your show will be on the schedule (check here) or if there is a clash with an existing show Burton will have sent you an email (burton.nicholls20@imperial.ac.uk)
- Please can all active shows complete this form so we can check the schedule is up to date. Deadline – Friday 20th January
- If you are new to IC Radio, sign up for an induction session on this spreadsheet (no membership required)
Beers and Biscuits
Kicking off the term with a classic, on Monday 16thth January, we will be descending upon the Union bar with armfuls of custard creams and plenty of pints. See you all there from 19:00!!
Live Event Hosting opportunity:
The next Arts night is on Friday 24th February and the Arts & Ents committee would like a couple of IC Radio show hosts to be the MCs (introducing acts etc.). Please reply to this email by Friday 3rd February if you are interested. And if you don’t fancy speaking into a mic in front of an audience you can actually see, then why not be part of the audience instead!
