[icradio] ICRadio is down for Union Maintenence

Hi all, ICR has been turned off. This is because the union is conducting maintenance in the union over the next 24 hours which will involve turning off the power. Please be aware this affects all ICRadio services and as such, I advise you to wait until sunday evening to do any radio business.
