[icradio] Rivendell computer broken entirely, fixed by start of term

Hello everyone, As you've probably noticed, the Rivendell computer has never really worked since the upgrade over Christmas. The latest attempt to fix things broke it even more, so we will be nuking the Rivendell computer in an attempt to fix it.
