Hi everyone, We have exciting news from Burton, Head of Programming! "THE SCHEDULE IS UP!! Thanks to everyone for sending in applications for shows. If you want to see when your slot is, check out the schedule on the website. Make sure to scroll to the week with your requested start date - your show should appear in the schedule every week from then onwards. Hey everyone, This should be a short email, just a few reminders for you all. *Beer and Biscuits* First social of the year is this coming Monday (17/10/2022) 19:00 till 22:00 at the Union Bar!! We will be announcing the winner of the Reggie (mascot) photo competition at the social, and on our social medias. Studio Orientations/Sign-ups Thank you to those who came to yesterday’s studio orientation. If you didn’t manage to get a spot this week, don’t worry! Studio orientations run every Tuesday and Thursday evening. Meet a committee member outside West Basement at 18:00. Sign up on this spreadsheet<https://imperiallondon-my.sharepoint.com/:x:/g/personal/ssm221_ic_ac_uk/ESx…>. You don’t need membership to go to an orientation, but you will need it to access the studio using the key card. Existing shows will be given a 48-hour window of priority to renew themselves. General Studio Guidelines To access the studio, you need to get the physical key card from Beit Security. Please allow a week from when you bought membership for the key list to be updated. Make sure you close the studio door when you leave. No drinks in the studio. See you on Monday! Start of year info PLUS Beer and Biscuits!

Hey everyone, Hope you have had a good first week of term! Here’s the radio start of year info. Studio Orientations We are running studio orientations twice weekly at 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting on Thursday 13th October. One of our committee members will take you on a tour of the studio and explain how the equipment works. You do not need membership to attend, but you do need to sign up on this spreadsheet<https://imperiallondon-my.sharepoint.com/:x:/g/personal/ssm221_ic_ac_uk/ESx…> before. Meet outside West Basement at 18:00 (see map below). Accessing the studio and the key list To access the studio, you need the physical key card which you can collect from Beit Security Office (see map below). Once you buy membership<https://www.imperialcollegeunion.org/shop/csp/radio/radio-membership-22-23> your name will be put on the key list. It takes about a week for the list to update so buy membership ASAP! The Union have been tricky about this in the past, so please bear with us whilst they sort themselves out. We recommend showing up 10min before your slot in case of issues. There is a map of West Basement below to help you find the studio – you go down the stairs, straight down the corridor and it’s on the left. So just fill that out to book a slot and wait for an email confirmation. The schedule will be cleared so everyone needs to book, old and new alike, but priority will be given to old shows. Later in the term we are going to swap to a new booking system! *Beer and Biscuits* We are kicking the year off with our traditional social – Beer and Biscuits!! Due to freshers madness and union issues, it has been rescheduled to Monday 17th October. Come find us at the Union Bar from 19:00!!! Finally, the winner of the mascot photo competition will be announced on our Instagram just in time for Beer and Biscuits on Monday.
