Hmm, have are you loaded the full certificate into your browser (i.e. not a
proxy + chain)?
Perhaps you could send me the usercert.pem bit so I can check it validates
against the certificates directory on that machine?
(Do you really need to access the web interface with this certificate? Your
other (CERN) one should give you access to pretty much the same
information...)
