As some of you may know I gave an invited talk on Firedrake [0] at the Computational Modelling Group [1] led by Prof. Hans Fangohr at the University of Southampton on November 27th. The talk was very well received and we had some interesting discussion afterwards. Hans also leads the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Next Generation Computational Modelling [2]. They currently use FEniCS/DOLFIN for micromagnetic modelling [3] and would be interested to explore switching to Firedrake.
