Thank you very much for the personalised welcome. I am very much looking forward to using Firedrake and interacting/contributing to the community.

At the moment I am having some problems with the installation. When I try and install it using the terminal I get the following:

I asked the IT helpdesk at my university but they were not able to resolve the issue. Would you know if this is simple to fix or whether I should message the community about it?
