[firedrake] 12mpi wave_explicit breakdown plots

2 run, same program each plot is the breakdown of a kernel, kernel 0 is an init par loop (executed only once) kernel 2 and 4 are indirect loops the rest are direct loops in each plot, the steps in executing the par loops is break down (yellow are halo send/recv) blue is execution on core element, green are owned ones, orange are halos
