[firedrake] SC14 paper outline

Hi folks, I've started a repo for the supercomputing paper: http://bitbucket.org/mapdes/sc14 If you don't have access and think you should, please email me your bitbucket user name. There is currently little there other than a very long list of TODO items. Lawrence
