I think it might be that the cmake on the builder is too old. I see in the gusto driver file, the following: env: global: - CC=mpicc # HACK: travis runs 12.04 for which the CMAKE version is too old to # build Eigen, let PETSc build it instead. - PETSC_CONFIGURE_OPTIONS="--download-cmake" Lawrence
