The idea is to gain a picture of who is using Firedrake and for what, and whether there are non-academic use-cases. We'll then publish the results (appropriately anonymised according to what users specify on the form) which can then be used when Firedrake users and developers are writing proposals about Firedrake. We'd also like to hear about your priorities for future Firedrake development.
