I had the same error, and fixed it by setting the LD_PRELOAD environment variable-

export LD_PRELOAD=$mklroot/lib/intel64_lin/libmkl_avx512.so:$mklroot/lib/intel64_lin/libmkl_def.so

Here, $mklroot is the the path to the MKL installation on your cluster.
