Dear all

Reminder

Marcus Hanwell of Kitware will be visiting the PRISM team at Imperial 6-8 July.  (Please see attached for the workshop outline)

There is an opportunity for you to request a meeting with Marcus on 7 July to discuss a particular topic.

We are envisaging that these meetings will last about 1 hour, so the available slots might be as follows:

9.30-10.30

10.45-11.45

12.00-1.00

2.15-3.15

3.30-4.30

However, the time slots can be shaped to optimise the fit with your diaries.  If somebody wants to take Marcus to lunch, that might also be good.

Please let me know if you would like to meet with Marcus, and what your preferred time slot is?  I will then draw up a schedule.  If oversubscribed, we will allocate the meetings on a first-come-first-served basis.

Thanks,

Best wishes

thom
