We're planning on holding a 2 day meeting in the spring to enable the users and developers in the Firedrake community to exchange ideas about how Firedrake is and can be used, the latest developments and future directions of the project. 

I need to look into booking rooms and setting this up, so I need to gauge when works. It needs to be outside Imperial term times (so we can get rooms) and it's obviously better if it doesn't clash with too many people's teaching or childcare constraints - so outside school terms is good. 

With that set of constraints in mind, my first choice is the week beginning 27 March 2017. I believe that outside term for most UK universities, and before school Easter holidays.

Is anyone aware of any reasons why that week would be a bad idea?
