There is a seminar today by Terry Haut who is visiting Colin and me. He's working on parallelisation, which is a subject dear to all our hearts. The twist here is that he's working on parallelising in time, which is a neat trick because you'd think that timestepping is the mother of all loop carried dependencies. The maths might be a bit heavy at times but this looks like important work.
