Dear microscopists, there was a slight change to the way new bookings are made: The field USER EMAIL is now selected from registered FILM users, rather than the college directory. Unfortunately, due to a technical glitch this field can be left empty, so we would need to go through all those bookings and enter it manually before recharging. So please make sure you select your own email address from the list for all your new bookings. It would also be very helpful if you could update all your recent bookings (in the last two weeks) if needed.
