[FILM-Users 00464] lists of fluorescent proteins
Dear microscopists, we frequently get requests for proteins for special applications, like intravital imaging (far-red), sensing (binding specificity), super-resolution (photo-switching) etc. I have just added two excellent, interactive lists to the FILM website > LINKS > GENERAL INFORMATION <http://www3.imperial.ac.uk/portal/page/portallive/imagingfacility/links/imaging_information>, both hosted at UCSF: * Fluorescent proteins <http://nic.ucsf.edu/FPvisualization/> * Photoswitchable proteins <http://nic.ucsf.edu/FPvisualization/PSFP.html> Worth having a look, there is much more to life (science research) than GFP and CFP.
