I am reaching out to inform you that we are currently facing some challenges with our HCF2 confocal microscope, particularly with DIC imaging and the alignment of the confocal head and the stage. As a result, the microscope is not producing the quality of images we expect. We are actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
