[FILM-Users 00343] Fwd: in situ transcript hybridisation
...see the forwarded question by Tony Nolan below - can anyone help? Martin -------- Original Message -------- Subject: in situ transcript hybridisation Date: Wed, 24 Apr 2013 10:38:25 +0100 From: Nolan, Tony F J <t.nolan@imperial.ac.uk> To: Spitaler, Martin <m.spitaler@imperial.ac.uk> Hi Martin, by any chance do you know of any groups that do in situ transcript localisation in tissues? I ask because we have a PhD student who is planning to look at localisation of transcripts in the mosquito ovary and testis but none of us have ever done it before. If there was someone in College who had this type of experience then it would be great as a point of reference. If it were Drosophila experience then all the better but experience in any animal tissue would be great. Thanks Tony
