[FILM-Users 01125] Issues with HCF2 Microscope and Call for Feedback on HCF3 Image Quality
Dear Colleagues, I hope this email finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention some important updates concerning our imaging facilities. Unfortunately, our HCF2 microscope is currently out of service due to a software issue affecting the hardware server. I have spent 5–6 hours trying to resolve the problem but without success. I have already reached out to the Leica Microsystems team for assistance, and they are currently working on diagnosing and fixing the issue. I will keep you updated on the progress, and I sincerely hope that the microscope will be back in operation as soon as possible. In addition to this, we have received 2–3 complaints stating that the HCF3 microscope does not produce the same quality of images as the HCF2 system. If you have experienced similar issues, we would greatly appreciate your feedback. Your input will be invaluable as we work to improve the performance of both systems. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please upload your comparative data to the following folder: scratch2\_Service\_Issues\HCF3\HCF2\_HCF3\_Comparison. Your cooperation in this matter will help us make necessary adjustments and ensure that both systems meet our standards of quality. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that we are doing our best to resolve these issues promptly.
