[FILM-Users 00010] Fwd: Optical transfection of resistant cells
Dear microscopists, as some kind of accidental follow-up on todays FILM Club, below is an interesting proposal from Sian Harding to test an Optical Transfection system. If interested, please get in contact with her. Could indeed be intersting to many of you. However, it would make his journey more worthwhile if there were other cell types he might also attempt. If you have cells which are difficult to transfect and would like to take advantage of the trip, please let me know Best regards Sian SianE.
