[FILM-Users 00945] Campus status
Dear FILM-users, Happy New Year to all of you! The college covid-19 campus status page has been updated (as of 3pm yesterday): https://www.imperial.ac.uk/about/covid-19/covid-19-status/ This indicates that: Researchers and research students who cannot continue to undertake their research from home and require access to laboratories for their work can return to campus, following agreement from their supervisor and/or department. If you have travelled away from your term-time address for the break, students and staff should book a test on your return<https://www.imperial.ac.uk/about/covid-19/testing-scheme/> and receive a negative result before resuming any on-campus activity. Tests are available to book 15 days in advance. Your safety remains our highest priority. Once on campus you should continue to follow the longstanding safety guidelines you have been following for the past year. You can remind yourself of these on the Safety webpages<https://www.imperial.ac.uk/admin-services/safety/safety-by-topic/laboratory-safety/biological-safety/covid-19-guidance/>. As such the FILM facility is open, but we will currently not book any new training sessions until we have guidance regarding the new SARS-CoV-2 variant. Best wishes Andreas ---------------------------------------------------- Dr Andreas Bruckbauer FILM facility manager Sir Alexander Fleming Building South Kensington Campus Imperial College London Exhibition Road London, SW7 2AZ SAF 4th floor, open space desk 401 +44 (0)20 7594 2023 a.bruckbauer@imperial.ac.uk<mailto:a.bruckbauer@imperial.ac.uk> http://www.imperial.ac.uk/medicine/facility-for-imaging-by-light-microscopy/ ----------------------------------------------------
