[FILM-Users 00928] !!! Maximum room occupancy in microscope rooms !!!
Dear all, Our microscope rooms have a maximum room occupancy which is clearly signposted at the door and you must adhere to it! They are shared spaces and used by many people, so please be extra careful. We have had reports of several people congregating around one microscope which is not acceptable. Try to use screen sharing on Teams to share results with or get help from your colleagues. If your experiment requires to be carried out by more than one person, please contact FILM staff. The only way to do this is currently: 1. Book another microscope in the room to make sure that the maximum number of people is not exceeded 2. Use single use face masks and face shields if you have to be at a distance closer than 2 m Best wishes Andreas ---------------------------------------------------- Dr Andreas Bruckbauer FILM facility manager Sir Alexander Fleming Building South Kensington Campus Imperial College London Exhibition Road London, SW7 2AZ SAF 4th floor, open space desk 401 +44 (0)20 7594 2023 a.bruckbauer@imperial.ac.uk<mailto:a.bruckbauer@imperial.ac.uk> http://www.imperial.ac.uk/medicine/facility-for-imaging-by-light-microscopy/ ----------------------------------------------------
