[FILM-Users 00834] help with beta-galactosidase assays
Is someone able to help Robyn? Please contact them directly: I have transfected suspension HEK cells with a positive control plasmid containing the LacZ reporter gene. I wondered if you knew of any resources available to stain the cells with X-gal or anyone performing beta-galactosidase assays that may be willing for me to try it out on my small number of samples prior to investing in my own reagents? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
