Would all active users:
1) please
create an Account on PPMS
2) VIP: Please also go to
"request a new project" and fill the document "Account for recharging (Default)" to input the financial information on PPMS (required before being able to book).
Check
with your supervisor that the account used for recharging is correct.
->if you already have an account with FLOW, please create
a project with the grant to be used for FILM recharging.

guide how to, but the website should be pretty self-explanatory.
