Dear Vania Braga,

Could I ask you to encourage people at your Institution to submit an entry to our Image and/or Science Writing Competitions?  We are a bit low on applications and could really do with some more! 

The deadline for both competitions is February 14th.

Imaging Competition:

Open to all BSCB members.  Submit your best Cell Biology image. 

Prizes: 

    1st Prize £200,

    2nd Prize £100,

    3rd Prize £50,

Science Writing Competition:

Open to BSCB PhD student and Postdoc members:  Articles of no more than 1000 words  covering topics of key relevance to cell biology.
