Dear FILM-users,
We try our best to be available for help with the microscopes during normal working hours 9:00 – 17:00. But with currently 4 FILM staff spread over 3 sites it is not always possible to provide immediate assistance, especially when staff
are away because of e.g. sickness, holidays or conferences. So please confirm availability when you know in advance that you will need us, many users do this and it has worked quite well so far. We often do user-training or more complex experiments and it
is not always possible to interrupt these when help is needed elsewhere.
Please email Cristina Lo Celso as head of the facility or any of the members of the FILM steering committee (contacts under people on our website) if you are concerned about staffing levels in FILM.
