Dear microscopists, it's time to get our FILM Club back up and running after the summer break. We'll start the year with a meeting report by Mark and myself on the recent FOM and ELMI meetings, about some of the latest developments in light microscopy. The FILM Club will be TODAY, Friday, 30 September 2011, 13.00, seminar room SAFB-120 For those of you new to the facility - the FILM Club is our user forum, where microscopists meet on the last Friday, and someone presents some interesting microscopy work they are doing in a very informal way. The idea is to exchange ideas and experience related to microscopy, bring microscopists together, stimulate interactions. And volunteers are needed for the coming months, please come forward with all your exciting projects, no results are wanted, just talking about your work. See you there, good imaging, Martin -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Martin Spitaler, PhD* *FILM - Facility for Imaging by Light Microscopy* - Facility Manager - Sir Alexander Fleming Building, desk 401 Imperial College London / South Kensington Exhibition Road London SW7 2AZ UK Tel. +44-(0)20-759-42023 E-mail m.spitaler@imperial.ac.uk <mailto:m.spitaler@imperial.ac.uk> Website: http://imperial.ac.uk/imagingfacility
