In October and November we tested a very simple survey option in our PPMS booking software and I just wanted to report the results. We asked the question: ‘Are you generally happy with our facility?’ and got 129 responses, they were 86%
satisfied, 8% neutral and 6% unsatisfied. Thanks for the overwhelmingly positive responses! There is a bit of a flaw in the system as it also asks new users on the first login and this is often during the training when we usually sit next to them.
Anyhow, it would be great if we could get some feedback from the 6% in the unsatisfied group (or anyone else) on what could be improved! I am also planning further surveys during the next year, so please let me know if there is anything
specific you like to be asked.
