I did an MRes project a few years ago with Alistair in the Seabra lab, tracking melanosomes. You were really helpful back then and I wonder if you could help me out again? These days I'm a postdoc at the MRC institute at UCL. I'm hoping to get hold of a tet-regulated GFP or GFP fusion plasmid that I can use to help me screen the HCT116-tetR cell line I'm making. Do you know if anyone at SAF has one of those?
