I am organising a one-day free workshop on BioImage Analysis for users of the facility, using the open-source software Icy.

The workshop is an introduction to Icy and will cover how to manipulate and annotate images, how to use plugins to analyse data and how to build your own custom analysis sequences using Protocols, a graphical programming tool. No programming/scripting experience necessary.
