Dear users of the FILM facility, We are taking part in a trial 1m+ to allow supervised use of our microscopes (2 people on one microscope) 409= 2 people 410 = 2 people 408 = 6 people 527= 2 people 530 = 2 people These represent the maximum new occupancies, if e.g. training or supervised use of microscopes is to take place (2 people at one microscope), but unlikely to reach these during normal everyday use In all cases we will trial 1m + mitigation on the basis that: * All usage must be booked (and booking systems updated accordingly) * Room occupancy must not exceed new agreed limits (Signage is updated). * Disposable face masks (not face coverings) must be worn in these labs as mitigation due to <2M distancing * Those working in these rooms must continue to remain socially distanced, and avoid pinch points or working in close proximity to others unless necessary. These are pilots, and will be reviewed with the right to withdraw these arrangements should we need to do so (due to non-compliance or changes in college guidance). Best wishes Andreas ---------------------------------------------------- Dr Andreas Bruckbauer FILM facility manager Sir Alexander Fleming Building South Kensington Campus Imperial College London Exhibition Road London, SW7 2AZ SAF 4th floor, open space desk 401 +44 (0)20 7594 2023 a.bruckbauer@imperial.ac.uk<mailto:a.bruckbauer@imperial.ac.uk> http://www.imperial.ac.uk/medicine/facility-for-imaging-by-light-microscopy/ http://www.imperial.ac.uk/people/a.bruckbauer ----------------------------------------------------
