Dear users,

If you are using High Performance Computing (HPC) for your image analysis, or if you would like to know more about this, representatives of some of London universities are organising a one-day event at The Crick on 28th April.
It aims to connect wet lab scientists and HPC teams, and is free to attend. Please see below to register and to submit an abstract for a 10min talk.

All the best,

David

Thank you for signing up for our workshop, where we will be bringing together wet lab scientists, HPC teams and image analysts to work on a common language for all, and come up with a curriculum to help teach HPC use to beginner HPC users from the wet lab.

On that note! We need some wet lab scientists to give a ~10 minute talk on their research, and how they would benefit from using HPC in their image analysis, or research.  Or, if you are already using HPC in your work, how you're using it.

Please consider submitting an abstract on what you'd like to talk about.  Your voice here will help shape how we teach HPC to all the future users!

Please send an abstract to todd.fallesen@crick.ac.uk, by this Friday if you'd like to talk.  The voice of the students is very important!

Thanks!

The coordination team
