Dear users,

This is a general message to remind you that you should not leave data on Scratch2, as it is intended for transfer only, and not for storage.

The drive is consistently getting full and failed before Christmas as it was too full. ICT managed to repair it, but if it happens again it might not be repairable, and all data would be lost.

To ensure this doesn't happen, I am deleting data older than a month on a rolling basis, as your back-ups should be done on the day of the session, as instructed during training.

Please make sure you have multiple back-ups of your data.
