Dear microscopists,

due to the upgrade of Sharepoint to the new version across the College, Wednesday next week (30 May) our booking system will be unavailable for half a day. All bookings and alerts should be migrated to the new version, but during the transfer you can't make or change bookings or send messages.

The planned schedule will be:

Wednesday 30 May:

until 8.00: Sharepoint available as usual
8.00-14.00 (approximately): no FILM bookings or messages
after 14.00 (to be confirmed on the day, I will send you an email): Sharepoint available on the new site, all links should be redirected (so you can update your bookmarks later).

IMPORTANT: during the migration (8.00-~14.00), it might be technically possible to access the old Sharepoint system, but any changes might not appear in the new system or interfere with migration of the data - so PLEASE DON'T MAKE ANY CHANGES (you can view it though). Just wait until the move is completed.
