While the problem was accelerated to the responsible team, we still not have access to the server, I hope this will be solved soon.

In the meantime, to copy data from the microscopes, you have the following options:

Use your OneDrive, you need to search for the Chrome or FireFox browser, as some of the computers still have Internet Explorer as default
Use the Imperial file exchange https://fileexchange.imperial.ac.uk/
Ask FILM staff to borrow a portable hard disk and return as soon as possible, we have one for each site
