Dear microscopists,

 this weeks FILM CLUB will all be about SUPER-RESOLUTION MICROSCOPY done in the facility:

Steve Rothery (FILM) will introduce PALM and STORM, our microscope setup (WF3) and the requirements for samples (fluorophores) to make it work.

Sophie Pageon (Dan Davis lab) will then show on her data how this technology can be used to get an insight into molecular organisation of a signalling molecule.


 The FILM Club will be TODAY, Friday, 28 October 2011 13.00, in seminar room SAFB-120.

 Yet again, this promises to be very interesting, don't miss out.
