About This Webinar High resolution microscopy has become a widespread and ubiquitous technology in most life science laboratories and high quality images have become an essential part of many publications. Technology such as confocality can enhance image contrast by eliminating out of focus light, but this is often at the expense of signal intensity and increased phototoxicity. In this webinar our experts will discuss the benefits and challenges of confocality, compare and contrast it with other technologies such as deconvolution, and provide advice on which technology is best for which application.
