Please pencil these dates into your diraries for the next Imperial Flow Cytometry course:

The programme will be slightly different with more emphasis on the basics (based some of the feedback we receieved);

Tritration of antibodies

Standardisation and CST
Cell viability staining options --differences for fixed and unfixed cells
panel design workshop

data analysis workshops using various analysis software will be available to enable you to display your data in the best possible way.
Apoptosis
Cell cycle

Microscopy and the Imagestream will also be covered to help our users combine the cross-over of flow and imaging.
the second day will still hold multi-colour flow talks to help you expand your current flow panel
