Is someone able to help Robyn? Please contact them directly: I have transfected suspension HEK cells with a positive control plasmid containing the LacZ reporter gene. I wondered if you knew of any resources available to stain the cells with X-gal or anyone performing beta-galactosidase assays that may be willing for me to try it out on my small number of samples prior to investing in my own reagents?
