explanations didn't work:
We have replaced the not very effective Hardware Request Messages
by a booking calendar, so all these requests are in one place, and
you can see whether the objective lens, filter cube, ... you need is
still available;
Steve has prepared a PDF with detailed instructions, the link is on
the FILM website > EQUIPMENT PAGE, a copy is also on our new FILM
DOCUMENTATION server ("QSG Hardware Requests.pdf")...
