Dear FILM-users,

We will have access to a license of the Imaris image analysis software which is shared between FILM and the Bioengineering department.

This is very powerful software for 3D and 4D image analysis including feature segmentation, tracking, lineage tracing and filament tracing.

To launch the software Bitplane is organising a workshop with a seminar (hybrid event, online and offline on November 11th) and 1 on 1 sessions to analyse your (pre-submitted) data on November 12th, please see the attached flyer for info on how to sign up.

The on-site seminar has limited spaces and is for Imperial College attendants only, face masks are required. But it will be streamed for online viewing.

Best wishes

Andreas
