Dear Users,

Talia Shmool is looking for someone who has HEK293 cells and could help doing some experiments looking at treating the cells with FITC-IgG-coated nanoparticles. Please see details below.

If you can help, please contact Talia directly:

Subject: Confocal microscopy

Dear David,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. I would like to examine the intracellular delivery of FTIC-IgG samples to HEK-293 cells by confocal microscopy.
My samples are FTIC-IgG with and without nanoparticles in different formulations contains several excipient (I.e., sugar, surfactant, amino acids). I have 10 samples in total at the moment, likely will only need to examine 6.
Please let me know if there is anyone who can help me out in conducting these experiments.
Thanks,
Talia
