The ‘Hall of Fame’
At this All-Nighter we are going to do something new,
we are running a competition called the ‘Hall of Fame’.
The idea behind the ‘Hall of Fame’ is that
the Hall that gets the most students in for the whole All-Nighter will win. To
qualify for this the student will need to have purchased an advance ticket for
all six films. During the event, the winning hall will be announced and a
trophy will be presented. As well as a trophy we will give the winning hall a
maximum cash prize of up to £100 to spend as they see fit. If this wasn’t
enough we are also offering the students from the winning hall, that bought the
tickets, half price entry to all of iCU Cinema’s showing in the 2006 summer
term.
This is a great competition that we are running, to
get your hall involved simply contact me by email (address is nb704@ic.ac.uk). Then I can get some tickets
sent to your hall. This competition will run on a first come first served
basis. The earlier your hall replies and the quicker you sell the more likely
your hall will win.
The deadline to enter is Tuesday 09:00; halls may join
other halls, if you want to take this option then please say and we will pair
you up or let me know which hall you are entering it with. Students that are
not in halls may nominate a hall, please can this hall be written on the
ticket. If the tickets don’t have a space for it, the new style tickets
can be exchanged at the event.
Yours
Nathaniel Bottrell
